Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer — if there will be a significant delay, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We're proud to offer free international shipping on every order, no minimum required.
Estimated delivery times after your order ships:
- Sweden/EU: 3-10 days
- International (rest of world): 8-14 days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control, and we are not liable for delays once a package has left our facility.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
We cover all customs duties and import taxes on international orders — the price you pay at checkout is the final price, with no surprise fees on delivery. In rare cases, your local customs authority may still require you to provide identification or documentation to release your package; if this happens, we'll help guide you through it.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking information within 7 days of placing your order, please reach out to us at info@threesixtymovement.com
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package appears lost in transit, contact us at info@threesixtymovement.com with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a replacement or refund.
Order Changes and Address Corrections
If you need to change your shipping address or order details, contact us at info@threesixtymovement.com as soon as possible. We can only accommodate changes before your order has entered processing — once an order has shipped, we're unable to redirect it.
Split Shipments
Some orders may be fulfilled from more than one location depending on product availability. If your order ships in multiple parts, you'll receive a separate tracking number for each shipment at no extra cost to you.
