Last updated: 2026-09-13
This Privacy Policy explains how ThreeSixty Movement ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit threesixtymovement.com, make a purchase, or enroll in our courses. We are committed to complying with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data Controller: ThreeSixty Movement, Relav AB, 559226-0805, Sweden. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at info@threesixtymovement.com
1. What Information We Collect
Information you give us directly: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and payment information (processed securely — we never store full card details ourselves) when you place an order or create an account.
Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and time spent on our site, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).
Course-related data: if you purchase the ThreeSixty Mobility Course, our course platform Tevello collects your login credentials, course progress, and completion data in order to deliver the course to you.
Marketing data: if you subscribe to our newsletter or leave items in your cart, we collect your email address to send you marketing communications and abandoned-cart reminders.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to: process and fulfill your orders and deliver course access; communicate with you about your order, shipping, or support requests; send marketing emails (only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time); improve our website and product offering through analytics; and run and measure the performance of our advertising (Meta and Google Ads).
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data under the following legal bases: Contract — to fulfill an order or provide course access you've purchased. Consent — for marketing emails and non-essential cookies, which you can withdraw at any time. Legitimate interest — for basic site analytics and fraud prevention. Legal obligation — to retain transaction records as required by Swedish accounting law.
4. Who We Share Your Data With
We share data with trusted third parties strictly to operate our business:
Shopify — our e-commerce platform, which processes orders and payments on our behalf.
Tevello — our course-hosting platform, which manages course access and progress for enrolled students.
Meta and Google — for advertising and retargeting purposes, using pixel and conversion tracking. These platforms may process data outside the EU/EEA under their own standard contractual clauses.
Email marketing provider (e.g., Klaviyo/Shopify Email) — to send newsletters and transactional emails.
Google Analytics — to understand site traffic and user behavior in aggregate.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
5. Cookies
We use cookies to keep our store functioning (e.g., your shopping cart), to understand site traffic through analytics, and to run advertising campaigns via Meta and Google. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect site functionality. Where required, we will ask for your consent to non-essential cookies via a cookie banner.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Transaction and order data is retained for 7 years in accordance with Swedish bookkeeping law (Bokföringslagen), regardless of account status. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
7. Your Rights Under GDPR
If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"), subject to our legal retention obligations; restrict or object to certain processing; request a portable copy of your data; and withdraw consent at any time for marketing communications.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@threesixtymovement.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) at imy.se if you believe your data has been mishandled.
8. Children's Privacy
Our products and courses are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16 years of age.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
