How to Use It

1. Choose the head that matches the area you're treating.
2. Start on the lowest speed and hold the gun lightly against the muscle — let the device do the work, don't press hard.
3. Move slowly across the muscle for 30–60 seconds per area, increasing speed gradually if needed.
4. Use the hot/cold compress head before activity to warm up, or after to cool down and ease soreness.
5. Avoid holding it in one spot for more than a few seconds — keep it moving.
